Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

Mr. Mariwala is to be credited with his interest in India of course but I
cannot see how IPI's interests are served by assisting students writing
theses on Indian topics somewhere on the globe.  He might of course try the
search engines instead.
