Congratulations, Mr. Roy. Now we know who is behind the half-baked and
utterly useless policies that has gone by the name of "liberalization"
in India during the past ten years.  You have the sincerest thanks of a
grateful nation.  I don't mean this as a personal affront. You probably
meant well. But just look at the unintended results.
