Parliament shootout

Please help make the Manifesto better, or accept it, and propagate it!

I dislike conspiracy theories; and certainly would not want to start
one;
but what are the chances that Parliament is attacked just when a
controversial bill on terrorism is being debated? The government want to
pass the bill; but the opposition have been strongly opposing it. Which
MP
is now going to oppose it, when he had to face the bullet?
So this "shootout" was set-up to make people believe that the need is
now
more than ever to have such a legislation?
