These are very good points Mr. Navin!  I like your idea of improving defensive
weapons before going offensive.  I also feel that a good Missile program can
deter attacks on India by retarding air superiority and surveillance
capabilities of the enemy.

The fundamental problem here is that neither the arms dealers nor the
manufacturers of weapons in India are held accountable for the tax money that
they are paid!!  May be, this issue should be addressed first?
